Music on the Main Stage

Always Family Friendly

The Kids Zone

Bring the kids for arts and crafts, storytelling, and face painting. Try your hand at opening puzzle boxes from Xscape Factor, or master the climbing wall from The Climbing Place. There are games galore, dancing and tons of activities, and a new remote-controlled excavation dig with toy-sized replicas of heavy equipment. The Zone is marked by two vertical banners with the sponsor’s logo and QR code.

We are collecting new or gently used books to support a classroom library in Ghana. We appreciate your donation of a book for children or young adults. Thank you.

Music on the Main Stage

We bring music to the Main Stage, starting on Friday and going straight through to Sunday night! Local bands and special guests rock the festival! There’s a gospel concert on Sunday too, with an Aya African Drum & Dance and African Children Beats!

The music sponsorship includes a banner across the top of the main stage with your name and logo.

Be a Vendor

We’re on the look for vendors who want to rent a table to sell products, offer free healthcare screenings, or provide food service. All licenses must be in order. Be prepared for the crowds! Info & pricing here

Food & Beverage Zone

It’s no surprise that this zone sees the most traffic at the Festival. All food and beverage vendors are situated in this area. Food trucks abound along with beverage providers, bakeries, and more.  A table and chairs are provided for coupons or samples. The zone is marked by two vertical banners with the sponsor’s logo and QR code.

Arts and Crafts Zone

This is the place to let your inner child shine! Pick up a paintbrush, learn how to make pottery, or fold some origami -who knows what projects you can take on. Every year,  different craftsmen from around the world share their work at the Festival. Take a workshop, shop the vendors!
